Call for Abstracts
Abstracts for the poster session will be accepted electronically from October 2015 through February 1, 2016.
All abstracts for the poster session must be submitted electronically through the conference abstract submission site by February 1, 2016 for consideration.
An abstract text may contain a maximum of 300 words, excluding title, authors and affiliations.
We recommend using word processing software (for example Word) for editing your abstract and counting the number of words. The text and title should be typed with single line spacing, using Times New Roman 12, lower-case letters. The easiest way is to paste the title and abstract text into appropriate boxes.
Abstracts should be constructed with the following subheadings
Introduction, Methods, Results and Conclusions.
You can complete the submission of the abstract when first entering the submission site or you can save it until later. If you do not receive an email confirmation immediately after submission, please notify us by email, email@example.com
It is the author's responsibility to submit a correct abstract; any errors in spelling, grammar, or scientific fact will be published as typed by the author, if accepted.
All co-authors and their affiliations must be registered.
Poster Presentations: If accepted for poster presentation, the lead author or a co-author must be available at the poster board on scheduled times for presentation and discussion. The size of the poster boards is: 120cm x 90cm (height x widht). Velcro fittings will be provided.
